CoW Swap, a decentralized exchange aggregator, is rolling out a new feature designed to increase transaction capacity and enhance rewards for trade facilitators. The innovation, dubbed Combinatorial Auctions, enables solvers—entities that route trades—to collaborate for the first time, optimizing swap efficiency for traders.

Current limitations force a winner-takes-all approach, where only one solver can secure an auction, leaving others to wait. The upgraded system, approved by CoW DAO, allows multiple solvers to participate simultaneously, promising a 33% uplift in trading volume.
